Service Description
CBT session with Tatiana Dmitrieva is typically 60-minute session and takes place at St. Johns Building, Westminster, London or via Skype. The main goal of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is to assist people in the process of deep self-exploration and personal development through identification of limiting believes and behaviours and replacing them with beneficial coping strategies.
